Shanna Adams and Her Cats
This is a commissioned portrait. I took several
photographs including several close-ups in order to get the detail of the
clothing, jewelry, hair and cats. I added details to the painting
that pertained to the sitter's personality and interests. The title
of the books can be read - one is scientific and one is philosophy. The
painting in the background is one Shanna loves and has a print of. Shanna
really likes the gothic look so the painting is a little dark to fit the
mood
