Custom Work
A customized painting is a great way to get a painting that suits you
perfectly,
since you decide on the subject matter.
I suggest you browse through my galleries to see if you like my
painting
style. You can browse

at the bottom of this page.
These are just a few suggestions when you have decided you want a
custom
painting:
From a photograph:
Find (or take) a photograph. It would be best to send, or email,
a
copy of a cherished photo. Size isn't important
but quality of the photograph is.
a. perhaps you have a photo you have always thought
would
make a beautiful painting.
b. photograph your pet
c. photograph your home, farm or other place where
you
have cherished memories. Take several shots and choose
the best.
d. a photograph of yourself, a friend, an ancestor,
or
other family member would make a great portrait. Portrait
prices increase with each additional
subject.
From your idea:
. You have an idea for a painting but no photograph. Perhaps you
like
one of my paintings but you would rather have
daisies instead of roses or oranges instead of lemons.

me (or email) and we can design a painting that fits your
detailed description (or generalized idea)..
From a sold or unavailable painting from one of my galleries:
You saw a painting in one of my galleries but it was sold or
unavailable
and you really want a painting like it. I will not
copy my paintings exactly; however, I will paint a similar
painting
with minor changes. Any changes would be approved
by you. This is a good way for you to tweak a
painting
of mine to suit your taste a little better. Say there is a still
life
you
adore, but it is sold, you can look through your china cupboard
and
find your grandmother's teapot (which looks very
different from the teapot in the painting you adore). You
can
take a picture of your teapot and I will use it to paint the
still life you adore, with the change being your teapot instead
of
mine.
